This Privacy Policy explains what information the Certified-Pep Partner Program ("we", "us") collects from partners and visitors, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account information: business name, contact name, email address, phone number, and shipping address when you register or complete your profile.
- Location information: names and addresses of business locations you add for card shipments.
- Usage data: QR-code scan events (anonymized IP, user agent, referrer) and portal activity used for analytics and commission attribution.
- Communications: messages you send via our contact form or email.
- Login data: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and Google account ID.
How we use it
- Run the partner program: ship cards, verify placements, track scans and sales, and calculate commissions.
- Send transactional email (approvals, shipments, placement reminders) via our email provider, Resend.
- Attribute sales and process payouts through our affiliate platform, Everflow.
- Prevent abuse and secure the service (rate limiting, audit logs).
Who we share it with
- Everflow (affiliate tracking & payouts), Resend (email), CloudPrinter/Lob (print & mail fulfillment), and our ecommerce store platform (WooCommerce) for promo codes.
- We do not sell your personal information. We share only what's needed to operate the program, or when required by law.
Cookies & sessions
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in (HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, Secure in production). We don't run third-party advertising trackers on this portal.
Data retention & your choices
- We keep account data while your partnership is active. Suspended/closed accounts may be retained for audit and commission-history purposes.
- You can update your profile and locations anytime from the portal. To request export or deletion of your data, contact us.
