These Terms govern participation in the Certified-Pep Partner Program (the "Program"). By registering, you agree to them.
1. The Program
- Approved partners receive QR cards/flyers (local businesses) or print-ready inserts (ecommerce brands) with a unique tracking link and promo code.
- Partners earn commission on sales attributed to their link or promo code, as tracked by our affiliate platform (Everflow).
- The Program is commission-only: no fixed placement fees, no purchase required to join.
2. Commissions & payouts
- Commission rates are shown on your dashboard and set per partner account.
- Payouts are processed monthly through Everflow. You must log in to your Everflow account and add valid payment details to receive payouts.
- Commissions are earned only on sales tracked and verified by Everflow. Self-referrals, fraudulent orders, or manipulated scans void commissions.
- We may adjust or withhold commissions for returned/refunded orders or policy violations.
3. Partner responsibilities
- Display the provided cards at your registered location(s) and submit a placement photo when asked.
- Keep your account, address, and location information accurate.
- Do not make medical, therapeutic, or health claims about products. Products are research use only - not for human consumption - and all marketing must reflect that.
- Do not represent yourself as an employee or endorsed spokesperson of Certified-Pep.
4. Acceptable use
No spam, misleading advertising, coupon-site posting of promo codes, brand bidding on "Certified-Pep" in paid search, or unlawful promotion. Violations may result in suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
5. Suspension & termination
Either side may end participation at any time. We may suspend accounts for policy violations, inactivity, or fraud. On suspension, your QR links and promo codes are deactivated; legitimately earned, verified commissions are still paid.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The Program is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Certified-Pep is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to commissions paid to you in the prior 3 months.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance. Material changes are announced by email.
